SSL Error on Mac Mini

I installed Xcode Server and got it setup, when I went to start it it seemed to start, but then each time when I came back it was off.

I found in the System log a message that pointed me to this thread: Yosemite Server Wiki started but getting "Wiki service is turned off."

I think I see my problem: in my case it's kind of the reverse. My server has a name so the certs I have are all of the form:

<server name>.<domain name>.com

But for some reason, it's attempting to secure www.

I can't see anywhere in the configuration of the wiki or the Xcode server where it would be thinking that was the domain. In fact the Xcode server has 3 repos in it that use the subdomain that is covered and the wiki ran off the subdomain fine until this came up.

I could just generate a cert for www I suppose. But figured I would ask why this is happening.
